Privacy Policy

Tunnel Vision Training is a trade name of KJR Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tunnelvisiontraining.net (the “Site”) and how we use it. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

The Site is a marketing website with two forms on it: a contact form and a scholarship application. We collect nothing beyond what you type into those forms and send us, and we do not use advertising cookies. We do use Google Analytics to count visits, described under Cookies & analytics below.

• When you contact us. The contact form sends your name, email address, and message to kevin@tunnelvisiontraining.net through our email provider, Resend. Some buttons open your own email app instead. Either way, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to share, which we use only to reply and to discuss coaching.
• When you apply for the scholarship. The application form at /scholarship sends what you enter — your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, where you heard about the program, and your written answers about your goals and why you are applying — to Kevin’s inbox through our email provider, Resend. A copy also goes to the developer who maintains the Site, so an application is never lost if a single mailbox fails. Your application is also saved in a private database that only Kevin and the Site’s developer can access, behind a password. We keep it there so Kevin can review applications and stop the follow-up emails once he has made his decision. We use applications solely to review them and to contact you about yours.
• Your phone number and text messages. We ask for your number so Kevin can reach you directly if you are chosen. The application form also has two optional checkboxes asking whether you agree to receive text messages — one for updates about your application, one for marketing. Both are unchecked by default, and leaving them unchecked does not affect your application in any way. We record your answer, the date you gave it, and the exact wording you agreed to. If you do consent, you can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message or by emailing us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. • Macro calculator. The free calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are used only to show your results on your screen — they are never sent to us or stored.

How we use information

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the coaching services you request, and communicate with you about them. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you view, your approximate location by country, and your device type. We use this only to understand how the Site is performing. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell the data. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or through your browser’s cookie controls.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to keep our own business records, after which it is deleted. Scholarship applications are kept only as long as the round they were submitted for is being reviewed, plus a reasonable period afterwards, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing kevin@tunnelvisiontraining.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
