These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tunnelvisiontraining.net (the “Site”), operated by KJR Solutions LLC, doing business as Tunnel Vision Training (“Tunnel Vision Training,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we offer here

The Site provides information about Tunnel Vision Training’s online fitness coaching and a free macro calculator. Using the Site does not create a coaching relationship. Paid coaching is governed by a separate agreement provided when you enroll.

Health & medical disclaimer

The Site and its content are for general informational and educational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. You participate in any physical activity or dietary change at your own risk. Tunnel Vision Training is not responsible for any injury or health issue that results from information on the Site.

Macro calculator

The calculator provides rough estimates based on standard formulas. Its results are a starting point, not a medical or nutritional prescription, and individual needs vary. Use them as general guidance only.

Text messages

Tunnel Vision Training may send text messages only to people who opt in through one of the optional checkboxes on the scholarship application. There are two kinds, and each has its own checkbox:

• Application updates: messages about your scholarship application, including being notified if you are selected.
• Marketing: messages about coaching offers, promotions and program updates.

Opting in is not a condition of applying for the scholarship or of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no more after that. For help: reply HELP, or email kevin@tunnelvisiontraining.net.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your phone number is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Results are not guaranteed

Any transformations, testimonials, or outcomes shown on the Site reflect individual experiences. They are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, genetics, and starting point.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Tunnel Vision Training or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission. Client photos are shared with permission and remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (such as social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunnel Vision Training is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
